Registration

Participation as an exhibitor, sponsor, visitor, or delegate is subject to approval by the organizer.

Stall Booking

Stall reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from the organizer.

Payments

Payment schedules shall be as specified in the booking proposal, invoice, or agreement. Delayed payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, event branding, website content, promotional materials, and event creatives are the intellectual property of Auto Enhance Asia Expo unless otherwise stated.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

Exhibitors are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Complying with venue rules and exhibition guidelines.
• Completing stall setup within the specified timeline.
• Ensuring products displayed comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
