How stall bookings, cancellations, postponements, and refunds are handled.
Booking amounts paid towards exhibition space are generally non-refundable, as space allocation and event planning commence immediately after confirmation.
If an exhibitor cancels participation after confirmation, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of booking and payments made.
If Auto Enhance Asia Expo is cancelled or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizer may offer an alternative event date, transfer of booking, or refund as deemed appropriate.
In case of postponement, payments already made will be adjusted towards the revised event dates, subject to organizer policies.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
